Naturopathy
Naturopathy is a holistic form of healthcare that supports the body’s natural ability to heal by identifying and addressing the root causes of imbalance using nutrition, herbal medicine, lifestyle, and functional testing.
Diane Dalais BHSc (Naturopathy)
Diane is a clinical naturopath and founder of In Thyme Naturopathy, registered with the Naturopaths and Herbalists Association of Australia (NHAA). She specialises in perimenopause, women’s hormonal health, digestive health, and nervous system support.
Diane works with women who feel exhausted, overwhelmed, or disconnected from themselves, often after years of prioritising everyone else’s needs ahead of their own. Her clinical focus centres on helping women understand the physiological changes occurring during the perimenopausal transition and supporting them with practical, sustainable care.
Her path into this work became deeply personal during her final year of university, when she experienced anxiety, brain fog, and hormonal changes that left her feeling unfamiliar in her own body. Only later did she recognise these symptoms as early perimenopause. Healing came not from pushing harder, but from slowing down, listening closely, and learning to work with her body rather than against it, an experience that continues to shape her clinical approach today.
Diane takes a root-cause, evidence-basedapproach to care, combining naturopathic medicine with advanced functional testing to uncover underlying drivers of hormonal, digestive, and nervous system imbalance. Her goal is to help women gain clarity about what is happening in their bodies and build long-term strategies that support resilience, balance, and wellbeing without unnecessary restriction.
She consults from The Well Hub on Wednesdays and online with clients across Australia.
