Chinese Medicine
Acupuncture & TCM
Sometimes the body keeps asking for attention in ways that are hard to name. Cycles that feel out of rhythm. Sleep that never quite settles. A tiredness that rest doesn't touch. Or simply a sense that you could feel more like yourself.
Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) looks at the whole person, not just the symptom. Your practitioner will take time to listen and understand your history, and will use traditional methods like tongue and pulse assessment to get a fuller picture of what's happening in your body.
From there, you'll receive a treatment plan made for you.
It may include:
Acupuncture
Cupping
Chinese herbal medicine
Moxibustion
Tui Na (Chinese massage)
Diet and lifestyle guidance
TCM is often used alongside care for women's health, fertility, pregnancy and postpartum recovery, stress, sleep and general wellbeing. It can work as a support next to other health care, or as a way to look after yourself before things become a problem.
Why regulation matters
When we live in a constant state of stress, the body stays braced. Digestion, sleep, hormones, immunity and mood can all feel the effects, because the nervous system is busy keeping us on alert rather than helping us rest and repair.
Regulation is the body's ability to come back to steady after it has been pushed. It's not about never feeling stressed. It's about having a way back.
That's at the heart of everything we do at The Well Hub. Many people find acupuncture slows them down in a way that's hard to find on their own. You lie still, you breathe, and your body is given permission to stop holding on for a while. Paired with yoga, breathwork and the rest of our timetable, it becomes one more way to build strength from the inside out.
