Participation, Health & Liability

1. Participation Acknowledgement

Classes at The Well Hub may include physical, emotional, or energetic practices such as yoga, breathwork, meditation, movement, and group discussion. Participation is voluntary, and you are encouraged to move at your own pace. You are responsible for your own body and wellbeing throughout the class.

2. Health and Wellbeing

You confirm that you are physically and mentally able to participate and will inform your facilitator or teacher before class of any relevant injuries, medical conditions, or pregnancy. You are always welcome to rest, modify, or opt out of any activity that does not feel supportive for you.

3. Release of Liability

You release The Well Hub, its team, facilitators, contractors, and affiliates from all liability for personal injury, loss, or damage that may arise from participation in any service, class, or event. You understand that The Well Hub is not responsible for lost or stolen personal belongings.

4. Studio Conduct

You agree to follow studio guidelines, which include:

● Arriving on time (no late entry permitted once class begins)

● Respecting the phone-free, shared space

● Storing personal items as directed

5. Photos and Promotional Use

Photos may occasionally be taken in class or at events for use in social media or promotional materials. If you prefer not to appear in any images, you may opt out by informing a staff member before your session.

Bookings, Cancellations & No-Shows

At The Well Hub, we hold space intentionally — with limited capacity, personalised classes, and plenty of preparation behind the scenes. As a small studio, each booking matters — not just for you, but for the way we support others in the community too.

Cancellations

Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours before the class start time to retain your credit. If you cancel within 2 hours, your class credit will be forfeited.

No-Shows

If you don't attend and haven't cancelled, the class credit will also be forfeited. Doors close promptly and we cannot offer refunds for late comers.

How to Cancel

Please manage all bookings and cancellations via your Arketa account. We're unable to accept cancellations via phone, text, or email.

We understand life can be unpredictable. If something urgent comes up, feel free to reach out — we'll always consider the bigger picture where we can, while keeping things fair for our team and community.

Membership & Class Pass Terms

Nervous System Reset

Your Nervous System Reset gives you three weeks of unlimited access to get a feel for The Well Hub. Your three weeks activate from your intention-setting session or your first class, whichever comes first. You're free to opt out at any point during those three weeks — just send us an email letting us know. If we don't hear from you by the end of the three weeks, your Reset will automatically roll over into a Weekly Pass, and the terms of the Weekly Pass will apply from that point.

Weekly Pass

Our Weekly Pass is a flexible, no lock-in membership, billed weekly. It requires seven days' written notice to cancel, and you're entitled to two pauses per year. Once you cancel your Weekly Pass, there is a minimum three-month re-entry period before you can rejoin on the same membership. During this time you're welcome to explore our other offers, including class packs.

Pricing for the Weekly Pass and Weekly Pass Student rate is not locked in and may change from time to time.

Weekly Studio Teaser

A limited class pass valid for one week, activating from your date of purchase. No pauses apply.

Upfront Memberships (3, 6 & 12 Month)

Paid in full upfront. No pauses are available on these memberships.

Student Membership

No pauses are available on the student membership.

Medical Exceptions

We understand things happen. Where there's a genuine medical reason for an additional pause outside these terms, we may request a medical certificate so we can support you as best we can.

10 & 20 Class Packs

Valid for three months from purchase. Cannot be extended.

Single Class Passes

Sales are final. Single passes cannot be reinstated, transferred, or credited.

General

These terms, along with our pricing, are subject to change from time to time.

By booking into a class, session, or event, or by holding an active membership with The Well Hub, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms set out in this document.
