Mat Pilates
Build strength, stability, and awareness from the inside out.
Our mat Pilates classes focus on core stability, alignment, and mindful conditioning. With clear, jargon-free teaching, you’ll move through strengthening sequences that support posture and mobility. Try our mindful movement dance class — taught by a Pilates instructor.
